Daniela is a qualified teacher, an education explorer, and a lecturer in education. She is a Fellow of HEA, a member of BERA and the Chartered College of Teaching.  Daniela gained merit in her Master of Science in Education at the University of Oxford and completed NPQSL qualification at the Institute of Education, UCL. She taught in inner-city primary schools and over the years led several subjects, such as mathematics, personal, social and health education, art and design, and humanities. As a school leader, she oversaw school assessment, behaviour, and personal and social development of pupils and significantly contributed to the improvement of learning and teaching.

 

Daniela focuses on developing and embedding effective teaching strategies, building on her skills and expertise using research-informed practice. She believes in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes.
